Long established commercial property agents Lofthouse and Partners approached Redman to explore a new identity after recommendation from other local businesses.
The brief given was creation of corporate identity, external sales signage, marketing support documents and stationery. The external sale signage was particularly important being the primary and most visible form of marketing.
After researching the competitive market, a new logo and identity borne of existing heritage was created – from which all required supporting media followed.
The result is a fresh identity, retaining the established look of Lofthouse and Partners with a strong street presence.
